A representative of the SME Corporation paid a working visit to the production facility of "Enhim" (part of the "NEC" Group). The meeting was held as part of monitoring the implementation of the offset agreement and the implementation of the individual support and development plan. As a reminder, these documents were signed between the company and the Inter RAO Group at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in 2023. According to the offset agreement, "Enhim" LLC undertakes to supply fire-resistant turbine oil to the energy holding's companies until 2028 and to invest the proceeds in its production. Monitoring the implementation of such agreements, including monitoring the deadlines for fulfilling the terms and obligations of both parties, is entrusted to the SME Corporation in accordance with Federal Law No. 209-FZ of July 24, 2007.
During the visit, Sergey Frolov, Deputy Head of the Compliance Assessment and Monitoring Directorate at SME Corporation, inspected the support conditions, inspected the production facility and process equipment, reviewed documents, and observed the progress of construction of the second phase of the production complex. He noted the efficient organization of "Enhim" LLC's operations and the safe and comfortable working conditions created at the facility.
"The production processes are flawlessly organized, like a single, well-coordinated mechanism, as evidenced by the meticulous maintenance of all supporting documentation. The company not only operates efficiently but also grows rapidly. We can confidently say that the established production of fire-resistant turbine oil at Enhim will help ensure the reliable operation of power plants and eliminate dependence on foreign supplies," Sergey Frolov emphasized.
In turn, Eduard Gavrilov, CEO of "Enhim" LLC, noted that the high rating of the production facility by SME Corporation is objective confirmation that the company has chosen the right strategic course. "Our company hasn't simply closed an import gap; we've created a full-fledged, high-tech production facility that guarantees reliability and safety for the country's industrial infrastructure. The project has proven that the domestic chemical industry is capable of advanced development. We already see future growth opportunities and are ready for new challenges," emphasized Eduard Gavrilov.
As a reminder, just a year after signing the offset contract, Enkhim delivered nearly 86.5 tons of fire-resistant turbine oil ahead of schedule to several power plants within the "Inter RAO" Group. High-power steam turbines now use Russian-produced fire-resistant hydraulic fluid.
