"Electroshield-C°" became part of the industrial Group "NEK"

In Moscow today, June 5, an agreement was signed on the acquisition of the electrical equipment manufacturer "Electroshield-C°" by the industrial Group "NEK"

"Electroshield-C°"  specializes in the development and production of measuring transformers 0.4-750 kV. The plant was founded in 2000 and is located in the industrially developed region of our country, the Kaluga region. The staff is 250 people. The enterprise has automatic pressure filling technology, which is the most advanced and effective for the production of measuring transformers, currently used by leading global manufacturers. This ensures high quality and reliability. The equipment manufactured by the "Electroshield-C°" plant is used at most generation facilities in Russia, at all nuclear power plants in the Russian Federation and neighboring countries without exception.

The "NEK" Group unites leading Russian manufacturers, creating a significant synergistic effect for the energy and industrial sectors. The total revenue of the group's enterprises exceeds 70 billion rubles, and the staff numbers more than 3.5 thousand people.
