Microcircuits "NEK.TECH" will be manufactured by the Russian microelectronics manufacturer Mikron

The largest Russian microelectronics manufacturer Mikron JSC will manufacture microcircuits for intelligent electricity metering systems for the IT company NEK TECH. The systems will become an important element in ensuring the country's energy security.

The NEK TECH Scientific and Technical Center (part of the NEK Industrial Group) is developing a completely domestic analog-to-digital converter microcircuit with a built-in computing unit for intelligent electricity meters. The microcircuit will correspond to the first level of localization, including the criteria of the new scoring system.
The use of microcircuits manufactured at the facilities of Mikron JSC will allow NEK.TECH to create products that fully comply with state requirements for import substitution and localization. These solutions offer a reliable and safe alternative to foreign analogues.
NEK.TECH software solutions are already used in smart devices and electricity metering systems manufactured at the NARTIS plant in Cherepovets and supplied to the largest Russian energy sales and power grid companies.

All NEK.TECH software and hardware solutions are included in the Register of Russian Software and the Register of Domestic Products of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
Dmitry Zaretsky, CEO of NEK.TECH, emphasized that the company strives to create completely Russian solutions and stimulate the development of domestic production to ensure the technological independence of the Russian energy industry.

NEK.TECH solutions based on the microcircuits being developed can be used not only in devices and electricity metering systems, but also in industrial sensors, controllers and automation devices. This opens up broad opportunities for the development of various sectors of the Russian industry.
