The "NARTIS" plant (part of the "NEK" Group), located in Cherepovets, Vologda Oblast, took first place in the industrial enterprise rankings of the Northwestern Federal District and was named "Enterprise of the Year 2025".

The company is a leading manufacturer of smart electricity meters in Russia.

The awards ceremony was held in St. Petersburg. The ranking was prepared by Delovoy Peterburg in collaboration with the Higher School of Economics. The assessment was based on objective indicators over three years: revenue growth, fixed assets growth, and profitability.

"This recognition at the federal district level once again confirms "NARTIS's" status as an industry leader and a driver of innovation in smart electricity metering systems. "Today, we not only manufacture metering devices, but also develop the production of charging stations for electric vehicles, microcontrollers, microchips, and modern data collection and transmission devices for the energy sector", noted the plant's General Director, Oleg Vladimirov.
