"NARTIS" Unveils New Product: Telemetry System

NARTIS Lenenergo Days
"NARTIS" (part of the "NEC" Group), a leading Russian manufacturer of intelligent measurement and control equipment, presented a telemetry system for 0.4–20 kV grids at the Lenenergo Days conference and exhibition.

The system enables remote control of secondary switching circuits, collection and transmission of commercial metering data, and power quality parameters. It also transmits information for pre-emergency diagnostics and repair planning based on the actual condition of the equipment. Data exchange security is guaranteed by built-in protection mechanisms for information channels and control commands. The solution was developed in accordance with the technical policy of PJSC Rosseti and is aimed at improving the reliability, manageability, and efficiency of the electric grid complex.

The telemetry cabinets are adapted for various types of facilities – KRN, KTP, TP, and RTP. This enables the rapid implementation of monitoring and remote control systems at distribution network facilities, scaling best digitalization practices across Russia.

"NARTIS's" technological solutions support international and Russian communication protocols, including IEC 60870-5-101/103/104, IEC 61850, Modbus RTU, IEC 61107, and SPODES. This ensures compatibility with existing systems and allows for easy integration into a unified digital control environment.

Together with the "NARTIS" plant, the Kaluga plant "Electroshield-K°" (part of the "NEC" Group) presented its products at a joint booth: current and voltage transformers distinguished by high measurement accuracy, reliability, and operational safety.

The plant's transformers are used at critical facilities: nuclear power plants, thermal power plants, railway and mining enterprises, and other industrial facilities. The equipment ensures rapid response of emergency control systems, stable operation of power facilities, and enables accurate metering of consumed and generated electricity.
"The solution opens up new opportunities for power grid companies and regional authorities: it increases the transparency of electricity bills, reduces operating costs, and the development of digital infrastructure becomes a real tool for improving reliability and energy efficiency"
Evgeny Miltsev Head of Business Development at "NARTIS"
