The agreement, signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), provides for cooperation in the development of the electric power industry and the domestic production base of electrical equipment.

The document was signed by Dmitry Filatov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "National Energy Company" (NEC), and Igor Kuzmin, CEO of PJSC "Rosseti Lenenergo".

The key area of ​​cooperation is the development of the electric grid complex and the modernization of the electric network. The organizations plan to jointly implement innovative projects, exchange scientific and technical information, and expand the range of Russian electric power products used.

"All new facilities of "Rosseti Lenenergo" are built on the basis of domestic equipment. The company fruitfully cooperates with Russian manufacturers and scientific institutions. The agreement with the NEK Group, which unites leading Russian industry enterprises, will create conditions for the application of the most modern technological solutions in the electric power industry in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region,” noted Igor Kuzmin.

“This agreement opens up new prospects for the development of domestic power engineering and the introduction of innovative solutions in the electric grid complex. Combining the competencies of leading industry enterprises will create synergy in the development and production of high-tech equipment, which is especially important in the current conditions of import substitution.
