New administrative and amenity building of "NTZMK": investments in people and development
On June 25, an inspection of the construction progress of the new administrative and amenity building (ABK) with the NTZMK laboratory took place.
The event was attended by the Minister of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region Grigory Surganov, the Head of the City of Nizhny Tagil Vladislav Pinaev and the heads of NEK - CEO Alexander Koreshev and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Advisor to the CEO Dmitry Filatov.
As part of the 2025 investment program, a modern ABK with a total area of over 2,000 square meters is being built. The new building is designed for 736 employees (taking into account the increase in workplaces). The building provides for updated changing rooms and showers equipped according to modern standards. The ABK will also house a medical center and a central plant laboratory, which will expand the capabilities of product quality control.
“The construction of a new ABK is not just an investment in infrastructure, but first and foremost, an investment in people. We strive to create the most comfortable and productive working conditions for our employees. A modern administrative and amenity building with a new laboratory is an important step in the development of NTZMK and confirmation of our desire to be the best employer in the region. The old administrative and amenity building will be dismantled, and another building is planned to be erected in its place, where a painting and loading shop with robotic equipment will be located,” emphasized Evgeny Ivlev, General Director of NTZMK LLC.
The Minister of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region Grigory Surganov noted: “There is a big difference between what it was and what it is now. The plant’s production is impressive. All technologies in terms of automation and in terms of improving product quality are used here. The Government of the Sverdlovsk Region supports the initiatives of NTZMK. We discussed with the plant’s management the possibility of employing graduates of local colleges, because it is at such innovative, new capacities that they can gain the necessary knowledge and experience. In the near future, we plan to sign a cooperation agreement between the Government of the Region, NTZMK and secondary specialized educational institutions.”
The ABK is a project aimed at creating comfortable working conditions for the plant's employees, within the framework of a unified concept of personnel support and increasing production efficiency. The "NEK" Group of Companies consistently invests in the well-being of its employees, creates modern spaces for professional development, and implements advanced standards of labor organization.
