"NTZMK" will become a talent pool for the Urals construction industry

NTZMK Agreement
A cooperation agreement was signed by the plant, the Nizhny Tagil Construction College, and the Sverdlovsk Ministries of Construction and Education. The meeting participants agreed to jointly train specialists and develop a talent pool for the construction industry. "NTZMK" will help students gain internships and experience, and graduates find employment.

The company's specialists will participate in the development of educational programs for the construction college, graduate certification, and demonstration exams. Regional ministries will retain coordination and quality control over the training of specialists. These measures are intended to reduce the labor shortage in the construction industry.

"NTZMK is a large and significant enterprise for the region's construction industry. It's important for students to see what they're studying for, to be able to visit the production facility, understand its structure, and experience the entire technological process in action. Governor Denis Pasler has set us the goal of training specialists for key sectors of the economy, including construction," said Grigory Surganov, Minister of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region.

Fourteen agreements with construction companies for specialist training are already in effect in the Sverdlovsk Region. The agreements with "NTZMK" continue this work and strengthen the partnership training model implemented in the region, which aligns with the objectives of the national "Personnel" project.
"The company has a high demand for young specialists. We need rotation and rejuvenation of the workforce. We need designers, technologists, and production workers who can move forward with us"
Nikolai Zolotarev First Deputy General Director of "NTZMK"
