«NEC.TECH» LLC and «NARTIS Plant» LLC (both part of the «NEC» Group of Companies) have introduced unique 6kV and 10kV CEMPs for the Russian power industry.

 «To date, these are the only high-voltage electricity meters that fully meet the criteria for domestic origin and are included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.  Depending on the configuration, the high-voltage electricity meters are designed to measure active and reactive electrical energy in both forward and reverse directions, as well as active, reactive, and apparent power; line voltages; phase currents; network frequency; specific energy losses in current circuits; forward and reverse sequence currents; reverse sequence current asymmetry coefficient; reactive power factor; and power factor in three-phase, three-wire AC networks with a 50 Hz industrial frequency and isolated neutral, at a voltage of 6/10 kV.

 The CEMPs are installed on overhead power lines and allow for monitoring of electricity consumption limit exceedances, power consumption, power quality, and detection of electricity theft.

 The CEMPs developed by «NEC.TECH» LLC and «NARTIS Plant» LLC can be used autonomously, as part of automated electricity monitoring and metering systems (AMS), as part of automated dispatch control systems (ADCS), or connected to an intelligent electricity (power) metering system (IEMS).

 The internal software of the CEMPs was developed by specialists from «NEC.TECH» LLC and is included in the register of domestic software of the Ministry of Digital Development.
