"RTK-ELEKTRO" manufactured busbars for the modernization of the Sterlitamak TPP
The "RTK-ELEKTRO" company (part of the "NEK" industrial Group) delivered busbars and busbars to the Sterlitamak TPP, located in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The Sterlitamak TPP is modernizing the TG-9 turbogenerator to update generating capacities within the framework of the federal state program KOMMod. The products of "RTK-ELEKTRO" will ensure high-quality power supply at the production sites of the TPP. Thanks to the upgrade of the power equipment, the reliability of the entire power system will increase and the impact of the power plant on the environment will decrease.
As part of the project, the "RTK-ELEKTRO" company manufactured a batch of TPL busbars with RIP insulation. The modern TPL busbar will be laid from the main terminals of the turbogenerator to the disconnector, and from the disconnector to the passage through the wall. Recently, a batch of busbars was sent to the Strelitamak CHPP together with a set for fire-resistant transition of the busbar through wall partitions and ceilings.
Earlier, for the needs of the Sterlitamak CHPP, "RTK-ELEKTRO" produced a series of fire-resistant busbars TKLN for connecting the transformer and the AC power section. In addition, a set of busbars with cast insulation TKLS was manufactured, which will be used for tapping from the TPL busbars and connecting to the high-voltage terminals of the transformer.
The KOMMod program (competitive selection of thermal generation modernization projects) is aimed at stimulating investment in equipment modernization, as well as the construction of new modern generating capacities. The program was approved by the President of the Russian Federation and approved by the government of the country in 2019.
Sterlitamak Thermal Power Plant is located in the city of Sterlitamak in the Republic of Bashkortostan and is part of the Bashkir Generating Company, a subsidiary of "Inter RAO".
