Russian electrical equipment manufacturer "Unitel Engineering" (part of the "NEC" Group) and "Belelektromontazhnaladka" (BEMN), a leading Belarusian company specializing in the installation and modernization of power equipment, have signed a strategic agreement to establish a modern service center in the Republic of Belarus.
