"Unitel Engineering" at the Rosseti Group Supplier Day
This week, the conference "Rosseti Group Supplier Day: National Procurement Regime to Strengthen Technological Sovereignty" was held in Mineralnye Vody. "Unitel Engineering" (part of the NEK industrial Group) took part in the event.
The conference became part of the business program of the Caucasus Investment Forum, one of the largest platforms for presenting promising projects and achievements of Russian regions.
The participants discussed key aspects of interaction between energy companies and suppliers of goods and services, as well as the main problems and tasks of import substitution.
"Unitel Engineering", a leading Russian manufacturer of industrial equipment for the automation of substations and power systems, traditionally actively participates in such events. Vladimir Gritsenko, Director of Business Development at Unitel Engineering, Chairman of the Committee of the public organization OPORA RUSSIA and Co-Chairman of the Coordination Council of PJSC Rosseti – OPORA RUSSIA, spoke at the conference.
In his report, the speaker focused on the need to improve coordination between suppliers and PJSC Rosseti. He proposed expanding opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses as suppliers to the company. In addition, Vladimir Gritsenko put forward an initiative to increase the qualification threshold for small and medium-sized businesses from 2 to 10 million rubles. In his opinion, it is also necessary to resume the practice of lending by the bank to SMEs, including the provision of bank guarantees and replenishment of working capital of small and medium-sized enterprises.
