«RTK-ELEKTRO-M» Plant Joins «NE»C Group of Companies
On November 25, 2024, «National Energy Company» (NEC) JSC completed the acquisition of the «RTK-ELEKTRO-M» plant near Moscow.
«RTK-ELEKTRO-M» is the first plant in Russia to produce cast busbars and conductors with nominal voltages from 0.4 kV to 35 kV, incorporating built-in remote monitoring and control sensors.
«The acquisition of «RTK-ELEKTRO-M» will allow the «NE»C Group to offer a full range of products in the field of busbars and conductors, providing our clients with solutions for tasks of any complexity and significantly strengthening the Group's competitive advantages», noted Alexander Koreshev, General Director of «NEC» JSC.
According to Igor Cherenkov, General Director of «RTK-ELEKTRO-M» LLC, the merger with the «NEC» industrial group gives the plant the opportunity to increase the potential for applying new production technologies and improve the accessibility of products for the end consumer while maintaining the highest quality.
In its activities, the «NEC» Group strives to unite key industrial and energy assets to develop existing production capacities or build new ones, further localizing production and ensuring Russia's technological sovereignty and independence.
For example, on October 24, 2024, National Energy Company opened the first plant in Russia for the production of fire-resistant turbine oil in the Tula region.
